There's not really any good online courses that will be recognised by businesses but if you want to learn using materials available online then W3 Schools is your best bet: http://w3schools.com/0

For learning, W3 and blogs.
For employment, none - just some example projects you've worked on (for yourself, for friends, for free, anything!).
