My batteries arrived but no ball. I called to complain and was told that the gym ball was never a free gift and that it's not showing on my order. I offered to forward my email confirmation to prove it and was told no, they aren't going to honour it.
When I said I wouldn't be using them again as a result I was told "well that doesn't matter, it's not like you used us a lot anyway"!

I just got my gym ball delivered. I ordered a pencil sharpener to go with it.

Got a voicemail today, couldn't really understand them. Something about couldn't order the batteries and to call them back on an 0844 number. Think I will leave this one haha!
Everything will be ok in the end, and if it isn't ok then it isn't the end

Got my pencil leads - not even that was the ones pictured, I wanted the containers really for very small fishing tackle items - but no gym ball, no explanation or indication on the order sheet why not, not really that surprised...0
