You can pick the balls up much cheaper than that - but mine is coming in the morning - will keep for myself as, unlike the chocs, not a very considerate gift for anyone!!

Well have one box this a.m. - just my handwash and no gift - said invalid code.
I have also ordered batteries and laminator pouches but no sign of those yet - but all paid for via paypal.

My batteries arrived but no ball. I called to complain and was told that the gym ball was never a free gift and that it's not showing on my order. I offered to forward my email confirmation to prove it and was told no, they aren't going to honour it.

When I said I wouldn't be using them again as a result I was told "well that doesn't matter, it's not like you used us a lot anyway"!

Got a voicemail today, couldn't really understand them. Something about couldn't order the batteries and to call them back on an 0844 number. Think I will leave this one haha!

Got my pencil leads - not even that was the ones pictured, I wanted the containers really for very small fishing tackle items - but no gym ball, no explanation or indication on the order sheet why not, not really that surprised...

How are they delivered? Mine shows "delivered" but I have not received anything.
