Just did a credit score on myself and its showing a CCJ for 2008. I wasdeclared bankrupt in 2007 and have absolutelyno debts since.\ it doesnt say what the CCJ was for only the amount which was £368, so it must be a debt that should have been included in my bankrupcy. Help what do i do! the bankrupcy is due to fall off my record next year, now will i have to wait another year for this to fall off??

Get in touch with the court to find out what it was. You shouldn't have a CCJ for a bankruptcy debt, but the court would only refuse one if they were made aware of the bankruptcy, so it can easily happen.
Some people this has happened to seem to have managed to get CCJ's removed by just providing details of the BR to the court?
If not, you can formally apply to have the CCJ set aside as it should never have been granted.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
