Wrinkle Help for a Bloke

Being a metrosexual man (and vain), I am on here just to ask advice, from some similar men and also some women !!!
I am 26 and starting to see a few fine lines coming through. I know I am going to get old and get wrinkles, but would like to slow this down!!! - I am single and getting a woman is bloody harder when you look a bit more "mature" - trust me I have tried !!
I have a fairly good skin routine anyway. I cleanse and moisturise daily. But I am starting to see a few lines esp the lines that go from your nose to your mouth.
Any advice on this?

wear sunscreen!
And do you smoke? If so stop - it'll ruin your skin and the lines around your mouth will be much worse than someone who doesn't smoke.
It's also good to use an eye product look for a serum texture and dab it on the eye socket with your ring finger (don't rub or drag as the skin is very thin).
There are other things you can do to help but you can't ever stop lines completely. The main thing is to stop smoking if you do and to make sure you clean your skin well at night as well as in the morning.0 -
Keep yourself properly hydrated. Drinking lots of water makes a real difference to your skin.
And like Justie says, wear sunscreen.

You should try and spend some time outdoors in the sun.....(vitamin D), drink lots of water and exfoliate every week.

Thats what I like to hear! A bloke looking after himself! L'Oreal for Men in Boots is a great range. The Anti-Wrinkle Cream is really good - my OH uses it and he is 30.
Obviously drink lots of water and get lots of sleep too!!A cloudy day is no match for a sunny disposition~ William Arthur Ward ~0 -
You probably won't like this.
However, as a similarly vain (let's be kind to ourselves and call it "indulging in pro-active self maintenance") late 20s guy, I know where you're coming from.
The booze ain't helping. Ditch it - or at least cut right back. Alcohol is basically a poison which rots you from the inside out. It will also make you fat. I am now booze-free, totally and utterly and I've never felt better. I also cut out wheat and dairy from my diet - big stuff, don't do it unless you're good at feeding yourself from scratch, but it made the condition of my skin better and I lost loads of weight too.
Also, working with computer screens or under fluorescent lighting won't help. And if you're in a city, air pollution is also drying to the skin.
Eat lots of green vegetables and things like tomatoes, potatoes and fresh fruit. Water, as plenty of other people have mentioned. And the sunscreen's a must - my old hairdresser once asked me how old I thought she was (loaded question I know but I was young and naive) and I reckoned mid 20s. She was 38. Her secret? Factor 18 as a light moisturiser every day."I'm not a one-trick pony. I'm not a ten-trick pony. I'm a whole field of ponies - and they're all literally running towards this job."

I was confused til I reread the top of the thread. Thought it said "winkle help""Beautiful young people are accidents of nature, But beautiful old people are works of art."
