                    Hi
Am looking for a receipe that I used to make years ago. Its for raspberry drop cakes. I'm sure it was a rubbing in method. Mis ingrediants together, place on baking tray, flatten down, make indent with your thumb and then palce the jam in the indent.
Does anyone have this receipe.
Thanks

I used to make these a lot. And I ate a lot too! I think the recipe came from the BeRo book, which is now online as well. I think it must have come from there as it was the only recipe book that I used.
Your post just reminded me how scrummy they were. My mouth is watering now thinking of them.:hello:  please play nicely children !0
