Sainsburys basic range do "ends" of smoked salmon, all trimmed up for £1, I'm sure its like 100g - definitely way cheaper than any of the sliced stuff and just as lovely0

I've recently discovered Scan (or maybe skan) swedish meatballs at Sainsbury's, they taste identical to the ones you get at Ikea, for a snip of the price! I picked up a pack for £1.50 last week and managed to get 4 meals out of it, hurrah!0

I got a 2.7kg joint of beef topside from tesco for under £5 a kilo, minimal fat to trim off and obviously no bone.
They have something different half price every week now, definitely worth keeping an eye on!0 -
