Tesco no longer stocking Bisodol?

Bit of a random question, but I've been to two Tesco stores (Belvoir and Knock) looking for the Bisodol tablets, good for my indigestion. It appears as though they've taken them off the shelves.

Can anyone confirm/suggest an alternative?

Thanks.

  • I used to buy Rennie chews at Tesco then suddenly all stores stopped stocking them, usually a good price at under £2 for 3 packs now can only get them in smaller chemists at as much as £3.50.

If the sales of a product are low over a time period, the store will de-list them.

You can usually get bisodol in home bargains, likely cheaper than Tesco too.

Milk of Magnesia has been in short supply, seems the manufacturer has been bought over and there are supply issues.

Thanks for the lead! Must go to the Ards one when I'm in the area.

Hi, I work for the UK distributors of Bisodol. Unfortunately the product has been de-listed from Tesco’s. We are doing all we can to get the line re-listed, but this will take some time.

In the meantime the product can be found in the following retailers; Asda, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Superdrug, Savers, Lloyds Pharmacy and independent pharmacies.

If you would like to find a stockist in your local area give our customer services team a call on 0844 2436661 and they will be able to help you.
