  • Loaning more money is not the answer, the only realistic way is to look at how you can bring in more money or cut your outgoings to save the cash needed for the boiler car.

    You know what they say about pennies making pounds: it may seem like a long haul, but think of every saving as one step towards your bigger goal. At the supermarket try own brand rather than brand, see if you have the best deal for phone/internet/leccy/gas etc. I'm assuming you don't have Sky - if you do, chuck it. These are the sort of things you need to be doing rather than looking to take on extra debt when you already owe more than the value of your property.
