Without the icing and mascarpone cheese the kcals comes to 4441kcals
Now I can cut it into 8 without too much fuss, but I'm watching my calorie intake (lost 2st 7lbs since December) but I reckon this is going to be over 600kcals per slice, naturally if I can cut it into smaller sections then the kcals/slice will be reduced, anybody know of a not too costly quick cutting cake knife?
