At home magazine competition question

I got an email to say I'd won £250 voucher from this compeitition

The email looks very spammy and has a code at the bottom and states you need to ring their number to obtain your prize.
I have emailed them and rang with no reponse. Their website shows no prices. I have emailed At Home magazine also and had no response. Did anyone else win this?
I've checked t & c's and cant see any minimum spend etc or any further details.

Did anyone else win this? Your question would be better worded as "Is there anyone in the world that didn't win this"
