Hi all,
I would like to know the possibility of finding an 100% mortgage. We can however cover all the other costs.
My hubby earns £25500, with a yearly bonus of around 15% of his salary, I have recently started my own business and am bringing home around £5000 minimum, plus we have child benefit and tax credit which comes to around £2000. The house we would like to buy is up for £114.950. We have clear credit and have one loan that costs £218 per month with 5ish years to go. We have 3 children and currently spend £500 per month on rent.
I would really appreciate any advice you could offer.

Its going to be tight as you will find you cant use the benefits or your earnings unless you have accounts. Also lenders dont tend to like a yearly paid bonus, Dont give up though consult an independent fees free broker. there are plenty around.I like to give people as many choices as possible to do what I want them to.
