I found the recipe below for Iced Coffee which I have never tried but like the idea.
We don't buy ground coffee though and I don't want to buy something that is too strong.
Has anyone any suggestions which would be the best to use?

We always drink coffee from a cafetiere - I can't stand instant coffee! Our favourite is Sainsbury's Original Fairtrade ground coffee No. 3. They do one for cafetieres and one for filters. As it says on the pack it's "smooth & mellow".
Everyone who has had coffee at our house has loved this one.:rudolf: Always skip and eat your peas :rudolf:0 -

Thanks for that TopgrannyI will have a search next time I am in there.
I suppose it doesn't matter which one of those I buy, filter or cafetiere as I will be using a cotton hanky to filter it through.0 -
For something a bit different to what's widely available in the UK, I recommend trying an Arabic coffee. Sellers in this country include Arabian Coffees - can be found in a google search.0

Try it with instant - most places in Greece use Nescafe or Jacobs - couple of recipes:

Works best if you have a powerful whisk-thingy (the battery milk whisks are pants, hand blenders work reasonably well).0 -
I wouldn't bother doing it that way. (leave for 8 hours  )
Buy some Starbucks Via instant & microground and simply make with that. I personally would use boiling water, let it cool, then add ice, but I have read, that it tastes perfectly good made with cold water for iced coffee.
They do sell an iced coffee specific one, but I don't know if you can get it in the UK.
