Early Mortgage Application

Hi
My current morgage runs out in March 2013, I want to be able to apply for a new product as early as possible due to the current lower rates. Do you know how early I can apply? 3 months? 6 months.
I know it will be a few months yet, just planning ahead!

Offers tend to be valid for between 3-6 months.
Last thing you want to do is apply, get an offer and for it to expire.
