Welcome car finance PPI

Last Spetember I brought a car from Approved Car Finance. The loan came from Welcome. I have never had finance before so I was a bit naive and signed things I maybe shouldnt have. I also have issues with the way the car was sold to me (I was reduced to tears by a salesman who barely spoke any English and bullied me for three hours). My issue now though is that I cannot make the payments. I have contacted both companies asking for help but no-one seems interested. In December someone from Welcome told me I could cancel the insurances, something I didnt know before. I requested that be dont but I have been told no as I requested after the 30 day cooling off period. The fact that I asked as soon as I knew I could seems irrelevant to them. I wrote back and pleaded my case again but I have been told no still. I have also explained that if I lose the car I will also lose my job and have to declare myself bankrupt, therefore leaving them with no money at all. Still they dont care. I am going to resume payments minus the cost of the insurances as a sign of goodwill but need advice on how to get the insurances removed once and for all.
