Having been avidly watching Masterchef on TV for the last few weeks I want to try and improve my food presentation, does anyone have any good ideas for how to set out food and what garnishes to make? Pics would be great if anyone has any
thanks

Pile it high and clean the edges of the plate. Makes anything look better!0

I don't really go in for this fussed up food malarky, ( maybe if i did I would cut down on my portion sizes and weight
) but for a free tool to help you stack it high, use a tuna can with both top and bottom taken off. Didn't read link, but if not mentioned - sauce (jus or whatever
) in a squeezy bottle means you can paint patterns on the plate.
