    Of course I'm not saying that and you know I'm not, they just don't need to be confused with SOGA when the company they bought from will sort out their problems under guarantee.

    Sometimes it's a very bad move to start down the SOGA route straight away, it can easily upset store staff and they become less likely to help.

    So again I say quoting SOGA should only be done when all else fails.

    however - i will never buy anything like this from ASDA again.
    This is why I suggested what I did. They go to great lengths to keep you shopping there.

    Yeah they will do, the last calculations they did was every customer has a average value of 105k to them throughout their lifetime.
