Are you saying that the consumer shouldn't be advised of his/her rights and responsibilities?
How strange.
Of course I'm not saying that and you know I'm not, they just don't need to be confused with SOGA when the company they bought from will sort out their problems under guarantee.
Sometimes it's a very bad move to start down the SOGA route straight away, it can easily upset store staff and they become less likely to help.
So again I say quoting SOGA should only be done when all else fails.0 -
