Being harrassed - need advice

Could really use some help and please feel free to re-post this query if I'm in the wrong forum ...

I have been receiving numerous calls from 0845 602 1111. First, does anyone recognize this number?? Secondly, are there any rules times-wise to when these people can and can NOT call??

Still need to know what hours, let's say a saleperson trying to sell you windows, etc. is and is not permitted to ring? For example, in the U.S. there is actually a law that prevents these people from calling before and after certain hours.
