thanx ben i didn't know that i thought it was like a contract she had to be with them until the debt was paid but i'm going to talk to her tomorrow about this and i'm so hoping i can get this sorted for her as she's now paid them £10,000 and the starting debt for bos was £9,500 im my eyes she's paid them in full but they have other ideas to get their hands on my mums money for all she gets aswell as she's a pensioner.. thats me off to bed now try and sleep..thanx again ben0
