Hi, I want to buy an iPad 2 and was wondering where would be the best place? I was thinking John Lewis as you get a 2 year warranty.
Thanks.
Thanks.

It's not too easy to find an iPad 2 apple only make a 16 GB now. I managed to get a 64 GB with 3G from Currys for my husband in May and it was approx £150 cheaper than the 64gb wifi only iPad 3 which I bought my children the previous month.0

Silvertabby is right, it's not too easy to find an iPad 2 apple. You can try a mix of few things like Viking, Pixmania. Also if you are first time shopper at Tesco, try that. They have a £10 off voucher, but you need to check if it could be availed on it too. And after picking the retailer try a cashback site to save even more. Good Luck0

Ditto Edinburghlass - Bought one from the online store refurbished.
be prepared to get a sinister looking email after you order though. They randomly undertake fraud checks, you might need to call them to verify yourself after the transaction.0 -

I really want to get these 16gb iPad 2's from Apple but it always says out of stock - yet to see any available.
Does anyone know how often these become available?
Could get one from John Lewis but those are £329 and the refurbs are £259 - I'd be more than happy with a refurb but can't see how to get one?Sealed Pot Challenge number 8 Amount declared £365.50.

All sorted!
I found the way to get a refurbished iPad 2. - rang Apple (not a MSE call as 14p a min!) asked them how to get a refurb and they agreed they don't often list online as demands so high - they will take your details and keep you on a list and ring you when stocks available - true to their word they rang today and I've ordered one.
So if your after anything refurbished from Apple ring them to go on the list!
Should arrive tomorrow or Friday at work.Sealed Pot Challenge number 8 Amount declared £365.50.
