Does this count if you have a VISA debit card from a bank - i.e. Santander Visa Debit?

It's amazing what you find if you look at the Terms and Conditions

"Entrants must be 16 years or over and hold a valid Visa card at the time of entry. Valid Visa cards include any Visa debit, credit or prepaid cards issued in the UK but exclude Visa corporate or commercial cards."
