Ark tend to be a bit weird with the measurements they put on the website so don't pay any attention to them. In terms of these, I got one of the Primal Scream - Screamadelica ones in M and it's a good fit, not skinny but certainly not loose. I'm a fairly skinny 6'4" guy if that helps too.

Not sure if there are any vouchers floating around but even when there are, they very rarely apply to sale stuff. Don't think they do any cashback sites either.
