    12 months from declaration till discharge...surprising how quickly it semed to go

    i had 42k worth of debt and am now better off financially than i ever have been. best of all....no debt at all. i found the process completely straightforward with the only stressful time i had was my day in court. even this was straightforward and i now realise i shouldnt have been so worried
