If you're male, I can recommend getting married....my wife is a very slow cooker - also, I'm not saying she's a bad cook, but our kitchen bin has ulcers.

Its fabulous! Im at college all day so i can just throw in whatever in the morning and its cooked wonderfully when I get home. This one is good for a large family, but is ideal for our family of 4. I cook the sunday joint in mine and allsorts

Bought this one a few weeks ago as the one i had was only a 3.5 litre.Its still at a reduced price with Argos and must admit i love it.Can get much more in it now so i usually cook extra and freeze some portions.

have a look over on the money saving old style board theres always loads about slow cookers on there.i was given one as a present-the 8.99 one argos was selling at xmas-dont know if its still on sale at that price-is a smaller size one but still big enough for a family of 5
