  • Whatever you agreed to pay in the original deed is what they will want you to pay back over a monthly contributions. I guess the only way to find out is to contact them?

    Yes circumstances have changed considerably since 2009 - am now working in a more secure job, with a higher salary..
    No to the property owning bit, just renting.
