I think education is an answer to many questions. There are many people who take pay day loans without understanding what it is and how it works, what are the consequences and the alternatives. People who are shouting how evil these companies are could educate others about finances instead. But because good budgeting doesn't bring profit to anyone, it's not going to happen I know you might say there's plenty of information regarding money managing out there and people are not interested, but when government/business wants to push us something, they DO.
