section 59 warning abuse.

now i'm pretty new to this, i'm mid 30s a farmer and have a 04 landrover hardly boy racer stuff.
any way last week been served with one of these, apparently a local boy (under 16) has made a statment i scared his horse driving on the lane to our farm, now its a narrow quiet lane and horses are becoming more prevelent as his mother has started a stables down the road about a mile distant. now i can prove by witness i could not have been there, at the time alledged, his description is wrong, giving me grey hair and beard neith of which i have, but he does give my reg. number and a grey landrover, these however could have been taken any time after the event, as they are usually parked in the farm yard. what can i do.
