I must say for me missing two payments on nearly 75% of my debts is the warning sign before they go to 3rd default, and not being able to manage minimum payments, and actually ignoring the phone, I even retorted to scream down the phone, to put them off ringing, and calls being received 9am on a Sunday morning,Debt £10k , HMRC £3K old debt £4k Jan 2021
Had biatric surgery was 135k 2016 now 97kilo 22.1.20 up to 106 kilo 12.1.21

For me its realising that "I spent without thinking".
The money saving bug has been a difficult to lesson to learn for me because I have always worked and so always known I can pay back. In the early stages of "money saving" I actually was spending more - because I couldnt resist a bargain! Now I realise that its all in the mindset. If you want to save - DONT SPEND!!0
