This free prize draw (‘Promotion’) is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and its group companies, and any agencies, advisors, franchisees, suppliers of the Promoter, any persons assisting in the Promotion, any syndicate or collection of persons acting in concert; any person entering via an agent; any person using the services of an entity carrying on the business of entering prize draws and/or prize promotions; and any such entity itself.

ENTRIES
Participants may enter the promotion in one of the following ways:
Between 00.00 on 11 June 2012 and 23.59 on 29 July 2012 participants may enter by visiting https://www.nissan.co.uk/builttothrill and entering their full details on the appropriate entry form;
or
Between 00.00 on 30 July 2012 and 23.59 on 14 October 2012 (the final ‘Closing Date’) participants may enter by visiting https://www.nissan.co.uk/builttothrill and entering their full details on the appropriate entry form and completing the questionnaire on that website;
No purchase is necessary. One entry per person. Regular draws will take place before the final Closing Date.
Incomplete or illegible entries, bulk entries, entries by or via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means, and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any failure to submit a valid complete entry by the Closing Date including, without limitation, responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry.
Some of the prizes on offer as part of the Promotion may involve winner participation in hazardous activities which are intended to thrill the Promotion winners. Such prizes may carry with them a risk of personal injury (both physical and psychological) and death. :eek::eek: The Promoter reserves the right to require any winner of a prize to undergo a medical exam and/or psychological evaluation prior to such winner participating in such a prize and any winner agrees to share the results of such examination and/or evaluation with the Promoter.
If the Promoter is of the view that any winner is unfit to participate in any prize then it may at its sole discretion refuse to allow such a winner to so participate.
THE PRIZES
The Big Thrill Prizes shall include:
Nissan Juke R track day at Silverstone (winner can bring a guest to watch the event) - (enter before 11.59pm on 27 June for a chance to win this prize in the 29 June 2012 draw);
1 pair of Batman: The Dark Knight Rises London premiere tickets* (for the premiere which will take place on 18 July 2012). Enter before 11.59pm on 27 June for a chance to win this prize in the 29 June draw. The winner of these tickets will be notified by phone on or around 3 July.
A further 2 pairs of Batman: The Dark Knight Rises London premiere tickets* (for 18 July 2012). Enter before 11.59pm on 11 July for a chance to win this prize in the 13 July draw. The winners of these tickets will be notified by phone on or around 13 July.
* prize details (The Dark Knight Rises London premiere tickets prize): Each winner will win one pair of tickets, i.e. 1 for them, and 1 for a guest. The winner’s guest must be 15 or over. The prize also includes £250 spending money (for the winner only), which will be issued to the winner via a cheque. All costs which are not stated are the responsibility of the winner. If, despite our reasonable attempts, the winner cannot be reached within 48 hours (or 7 days in the case of the 29 June draw), or cannot attend, another winner will be drawn. The Promoter and Warner Bros. UK (WB) cannot be held responsible if the event is cancelled or details changed due to unforeseen circumstances which are beyond their control. In this event the winner will receive tickets to another WB premiere happening in 2012/13 which will be specified by WB. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

A 3 night adrenalin-fuelled break for two people to Inverness Scotland where The Dark Knight Rises prologue was filmed for the movie. Height, weight and age restrictions apply to this prize. Prize detail: The prize includes travel to and from the winner’s nearest station or airport to Inverness, Scotland. Self drive hire is included and driver must be over 21 and hold a clean driving licence. 3 nights’ hotel accommodation in a 3 Star hotel, based on 2 people sharing one room, which also includes breakfast for two people. Hotel will require a valid credit card to cover incidentals (i.e. room service, telephone etc). A glider flight experience for two people where the minimum height restriction is 4’6”/1.37 metres and the maximum weight restriction is 16 stone/102 kilos. The tree zone experience for two people, where you will be testing balance and bravery 50ft high, and taking the 300 foot zip wire back to terra firma. The maximum waist for the zip line is 50 inches. Minimum height for the zip line is 4 feet. Winners will also ascend and descend the outdoor climbing wall; full training and safety equipment will be provided on the day. Winners will also finish the day with the instant adrenalin rush of quad bikes, navigating through winding trails, hills, humps and steep drops. Winners taking part in the quad bike must be wearing a helmet and undergo a full safety instruction and briefing before riding the quad. Full travel insurance will be included for two people.
Prize must be taken between August 1st 2012 and October 31st 2013, excluding national holidays. Many elements of the prize are subject to availability and prevailing weather conditions. No cash alternative is available; prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Winner and guest must be 18 years-old or older, proof of age may be required. Winners and their guest must have valid ID cards (i.e. passport and driving license if applicable). Any extra costs incurred other than those stated above are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any potential winner and his/her proposed guest will be required to sign a prize acceptance and release form in order to be eligible to win/and or participate in the prize. If this prize cannot be honoured then a prize of the same perceived value will be supplied. Winners must also sign a Warner Bros release form.

The Promoter reserves the right to add to the Big Thrill Prizes at any time during the Promotion and all additions to Big Thrill Prizes can be found at clause 6 (above), which will be updated from time to time.
Although the Big Thrill Prizes are listed together this is in no way indicative that each Big Thrill Prize is of a similar monetary value to another.
The Big Thrill Prizes do not include any travel expenses associated with attending any events or any other costs, unless otherwise expressly included in the prize description.
Any Big Thrill Prize which requires travel outside the UK shall include economy flights and transfers to and from the destination where the Big Thrill Prize takes place and accommodation expenses of three star standard or better. Winners will be responsible for ensuring they have appropriate travel documents (including passports and visas). However, travel expenses within the UK in connection with such prizes shall not be included.
