Bank Holidays and Pay

Hi there, hope I'm posting in the right place. I'm a bit confused about my holiday pay. My contract says 20 days plus BH. I work 20 hours a week, so think I'm entitled to approx 12 days pro rata, plus some BH entitlement. We are 3 part-time staff, of which I'm the only one who doesn't work Mondays. As far as I know my…

When is the holiday year?

if April to March then that will be wrong some years as you will get less than the statutory minimum.
