CSA order for sale estate agent fees

I have a jointly owned property with a man who the CSA are chasing for debts. They have an order for sale granted. I am the innocent party. I am disgusted, this is not my debt and I have not obstructed him in any way from paying maintenance.

The CSA want to force the sale of the house. I have been told that I will have to pay half the estate agent fees - can anyone tell me if it is legal for them to force me to pay these fees, considering I have not appointed the estate agents, I have signed no contract with them and I am being forced to sell my half of the house against my will, when the csa debt is not mine. Are they breaking the law by forcing me to pay half these fees?

Apparently what they do is take the fees from the proceeds of the sale before the equity is split, then divide whatever equity is left and I get half of it (if I am lucky!).

Once again - is this against the law?

Thanks
