Where is it possible to buy unground wheat/rye from?

I ask because many years ago I bought something from America called a whisper mill(electric) which is designed for grinding your own flour,the theory being that you store the wheat and just grind what you need(takes about 2 minutes)...would it work out any cheaper to get wheat in this way and make flour myself?

Thank you both-I'm hopeless at maths...any maths whizzes able to work out how much a kilo of flour made from grains would cost?

omg I'm so dumb all you have to do is divide by 5 or 10 or whatever size of bag you get
