lloydstsb ppi claim

:(on the 17th march i complained about ppi sold with a lloydstsb loan i recieved a letter dated the 26th april with an offer and saying payment made within 28 days no payment was recieved i contacted them on friday the 8th to be told been recalculated phoned back on monday the 11th to be told cheque done and will be paid soon recieved a letter today dated 7th of june with new payment on and stated payment will be recieved in 28 days into my account i contacted them to say im not happy and was told we are really busy and may not get payment in 28 days im so annoyed at this and dont know if i can take this anywhere else

Unfortunately you will struggle to take this anywhere else apart from lloyds as you would have to log a new complaint which would take 8 weeks to deal with by which time you will probably have received your money.

The only thing you can do is be very firm and insistent on the phone and let lloyds know that you have been waiting since the 26th april and you keep getting different timescales from them. Insist on speaking with a manager and try to esculate your concerns.
