Remortgaging BTL whilst on maternity

Hi

I have a BTL with a fixed rate which ends June next year. We're quite good at doing the research a few months before the fixed rate expires to see what better deal we can get.

However we are also planning a child and am wondering whether me being on maternity leave around June time will be seen negatively by potential lenders ( i.e. they assume I wont be going back to work)

My hubby and I both have 70% LTV iand both have permanent jobs bringing in approx £80k and I will be going back to work ( i'm lucky to have free childcare with grandparents living nearby)
