Case moved to rtlu

Hi there
I received a letter from the official receiver yesterday to say that my case had been move to the RTLU. This I think is because our house was repossessed so there is an asset involved in my bankruptcy even though it was in major negative equity.
Anyway my question is does the RTLU now start their own investigation into everything. Will I now have to provide bank statements and that to them.
We have no IPA in place. Will they try to get one in place now or would the offical receiver have had to do that.
Thanks:o

As far as I know RTLU are Moonbeaver who set up payments for IPA's.
If I'm wrong I'm sure someone will be along to correct me.

RTLU = Regional Trustee/Liquidator Unit, like JCG has said it's just another office of the Insolvency service.
It’s usually a good thing it means the OR has dealt with your BR and the RTLU will monitor you till discharge.
Best wishes

great, thanks for the help. i have no ipa in place. will rtlu ask for a new income and expenditure and maybe decide to put one in place as official receivers allowances were rather good and maybe rtlu's wont be as good. do you need to send them all your info and bank statements again.0

Hi NMS1976, No you only have to inform them if your financial circumstances change, so no need to do anything. They 'may' send you an IPOQ, (I&E questionnaire, this is sent to you from the OR office if your considered for Early Discharge) but this doesn't always happen either.
