    might be congested, It can be slow but I have been getting confirmation emails each hour I enter. (1 hour I did get a few emails though)

    Not especially, I needed to go to town, so I entered at about 2 minutes past 4, then left, and got back around 5.30 so managed to get that hour too :j

    my screen has had the loading donut shape in the address bar for around 8 mins now.....would it disqualify me to try again?

    No it tells you that you have already entered. The site keeps crashing on me, that's how I know it does that.
