TERMS & CONDITIONS: You must be 18 years old or over. Winners will be selected at random from all entries received for each hour. If there are no entries in an hour, the winner will be selected from all entries received in the previous hour. There will be 1 winner per hour and 12 winners for the competition. The competition starts at 9am on June 16, 2012 and closes at 20.59 on June 16, 2012. Each hour will run from XX.00 to XX.59 (for instance, the first hour is 9.00 to 9.59). Entry open to residents of UK only. 12 Black handsets will be given away on Saturday and 12 White handsets on Sunday. Each winner will win an Samsung Galaxy Note with Olympic themed back . Draw will take place on Monday June 18, 2012 and winners will be notified within seven days. Best endeavours will be made to deliver prizes before July 21, 2012, however this cannot be guaranteed. Promoter is Times Newspapers Limited.

In the last couple of these comps there's been something in the full terms and conditions saying "one entry per household only" so in order to be safe (and not disqualified) it may be wise to follow that this time too.
