I would not worry about your score....it's a number out of thin air and is totally meaningless.
As for going over your credit limit it all depends what has been reported on your credit file.
The success of your application will depends on your current level of debt compare to your income?0 -

Whats your salary ?
Whats the amount on the cards ?
I think its 6 years for the faults to go.
Ask yourself this, why should a lender lend you a wad of cash if you have in the past shown you weren't watching your spending ?
Your score is meaningless so dont get too hung up on it.
Ask your own bank about a loan, usually if your own bank offers a high apr/wont even offer a loan then no other lender will (unless you go the PDL route)0 -

Pay day loans but you dont want to go that route as its a very ( multiply by 999999 ) last resort0 -

On that salary you should be able to clear the debt should you not, maybe go over t the dfw board and post a statement of affairs.0 -
What is the reason for trying to get a loan rather than keep the cards and pay it back?
What are the APRs on the 2 cards (and the balances on each)?
Are you able to afford the minimum payments on the debt? How much more than the minimums can you afford? and have you stopped all spending on the cards?A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
