I just rang and said I'm ringing about the free holidays in the Birmingham Mail and the lady asked what date and park I was interested in.

She didn't mention the £20 charge, so I chose a date and a park then she gave me a booking code and said the info will be in the post.

Infact I've just rang back to see if I could add an adult to the party and this lady added one with no problem (gonna drag my Dad with us!).

got through, FINALLY but was asked for my name and number and a rep will call me back because they are inundated with calls at the moment. Must be all us happy MSE'ers hehe. Hope I get one, will let you know
