As you main question is as an employee on PAYE this is the number you should phone I think.

Thanks I phoned today,only to find the number had changed, so I phoned that one, explained situation, Reply;
I was told the code will be 810L it should start next pay slip?
my main allowance will be shifted to the Emplyed Job from my SE and wont need to enter details until next year as I started pt job after april this year>
So will eneter both details; SE and P60 next year
hope it gets sorted next pay slip, am waiting for letter from Tax office an dthey contacted my emplyers so hopefully Ill be sorted0 -
Hi they will send your code directly to your employer, they go electronically and they should get it within 48 hours so hopefully your next pay will be correct and your repayment will be via your wages.
That is correct you will need to declare both your self employment and paye income on your 20012/2013 tax return and this wont be issued until next april. In the meantime if you finish any jobs ensure you keep any p45's as you will need the figures for your tax return, here's hoping your refund sorted for your next pay!!
The tax office are a pain to get through to but once you do they are usually good at sorting things out ( I worked there in the past).0 -

Thanks for updating the thread and gald you have it sorted.
Depending on when you are next due to be paid, it will either be the next pay or should definitely be the one after that.
