Lots of conditioning treatments, don't just put on and leave it for hours, put one on, cover head in warm towel and leave for 20 mins, rinse and repeat the process. Next day do the same and keep doing for a whole week, use little heat in the way of straighteners. If after a week no improvement then the scissors are the only thing that will help. Kerastase do a good one but expensive, l'oreal 60 minute something ( I think it is called )works for me, around £5 per tube.0

You could try an Aphogee mask.
You'd need the two-step protein version and this can be purchased from the ethnic hair shops, Sally's and there are also some sellers on ebay (check for the genuine ones!)
You have to follow the instructions but its easy once you've done it the first time.
You apply the treatment to damp hair, leave it to dry (you can use a hairdryer on this but NOT a brush as it will damage your hair too much). Leave for about 20 mins normally does it.
Once dry you rinse it out and the apply the second part, like a conditioner and leave for a minute or two (this is when you shave!)
Once you've rinsed out the conditioner your good to go.
You can do the Aphogee 2-Step every 6-8 weeks but avoid doing it more then this as you'll end up with crunchy hair which doesn't feel great and is brittle. But doing the mask once is great, the second time over (6-8 weeks later) and you really notice the difference!
In the mean time, apply a deep conditioning hair masque. Ketastase Masquintense is great if you can afford it, otherwise Aussie, John Frieda's Frizz Ease or even those types you get free with hair colourants are good. (I think ebay and Sally's are places you can get them). Its OK to do a hair masque once per week.
The thing with damaged hair is you can never un-damage it, what you need to do is apply products regularly to 'put-back' what you've taken out when bleaching. It can all be remedied to a point where your hair looks and feels lush again but it is an ongoing effort you will need to continue until the damaged parts grow out. (That is of course as long as your not doing further damage to it by bleaching it further!!)
And heat from blow dryers, straighteners, curling tongs and so on will also cause further damage so if you can limit when you use these you'll be doing your hair a big favor.0 -
Have you tried a conditioning treatment? Get yourself some henna wax, a hair clip, a detangling comb, a plastic bag and a towel (whack it in the dryer to heat it up before use or put it on the radiator). Wash your hair with a repairing shampoo, then get a detangling comb and comb your hair through with it after just washing it, after combing through apply the henna wax and then put the plastic bag over your head (obviously its to cover your hair - not your face!!) and then wrap the pre heated towel around the plastic bag which is over your hair and secure with a hair clip to keep in place. Leave on for 20-30Minutes or however long your particular products states on the box/leaflet. Once the time is up remove the towel, bag and then rinse your hair just using normal temp clean water. Doing that regularly should help. Try to avoid straighteners, hair dryers, more bleaching etc etc. When you do dry your hair make sure you are using a heat protects spray. Bleaching your own hair is one of the easiest ways to waste your money as there's a good chance you'll end up having to pay out for a hairdresser to do a colour correction and they don't come cheap. You're lucky if it turns out a good colour and you're even luckier if you don't manage to eff your hair up in the process. If you are wanting to save money by not going to a salon but want to get good results then check out a local hairdressing college they'll be thankful of the models and you'll leave feeling happy without having spent much. I think itd be a good idea for you to also get a conditioning treatment done at a local hairdressers/training college as theyll be ale to assess your hair and then give you personalised home care advice to get your hair in good condition again. X£254/£12,000 challenge... Only £11,746 to go! Wish me luck!0

I used to have damaged hair too, and the only product the helped me is Pro Naturals Moroccan Argan Oil which protects the hair, restores it, makes it stronger and keeps it soft, shiny and healthy.
If you are interested you can check it out at safrons. com . Hope this helps and good luck. ^_^ :j0 -
I'd recommed a brazilian blow dry, that would soon get your hair back to a good condition. Plenty of offers on Groupon etc.0

I have been recently using 3 More Inches conditioning treatment. You put it on clean dry hair. I leave it on over night and cover my head. I wash it out in the morning. My hair is left softer and smoother. My hairdresser has noticed a difference. Have a look at the online reviews.:A0

A brazilian blow dry/keratin treatment would fix it. My hair is naturally very coarse and getting highlights tends to lead to it snapping off but after getting keratin treatments my hair is now like 'normal' hair.
You are looking at £150+ in a salon or you could buy a kit on ebay for around £20. If you do it yourself you will need someone to help you to make sure there are no kinks in it. Don't get the scissors out just yet...If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you always got!0 -
I use Argan Oil for my hair. It is curly and strong but I have it starightened, coloured and highlighted so can get very dry almost straw like!!
Have just ordered my second bottle today, first isn't finished yet but will be in a about 4 weeks and didn't want to run out. This first bottle has lasted me over 6 months so good value for money.
I wash my hair normally and then, when about to put the conditioner on, I pour about a 10p sized blob into the conditioner, mix and rub into my hair.
I've never had such soft hair:j
Here's the link to the one I've bought: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Virgin-Organic-Argan-Oil-100ml/dp/B002DQHIE0/ref=sr_1_1?m=A3J017YXZMAGGV&s=drugstore&ie=UTF8&qid=1340642688&sr=1-1Christians Against Poverty - www.capuk.org0 -
Been browsing about for the Aragan Oil, as it sounds great. My hair is pretty much destroyed at the ends (Can't bare to trim it though as its already short.)
During the summer my hair and also my mums seems to be going frizzy and wavy. We both have have naturally straight/wavy hair typical European hair I suppose but when its hot and humid goes curly and wild (Like what happens to monica in friends). My mum bought tons of products to smooth and de-frizz but nothing works.
Kinda hoping the oil may solve the issue. Anyway I found a very similar product by the same company mumoftwins posted FUSHI but its called Really Good Hair Oil. Its got loads of rave reviews from magazines its £5 more than the Aragan (keeping typing Aragon lol) but has alot more ingredients like coconut oil and vitamin E and so on.
Anyone tried this ?0
