my friend is looking at doing a dmp but has a mortgage

thing is he a mortgage with Halifax an has a overdraft an loan with them would adding these to his dmp affect his mortgage

No, it shouldn't.
We're on a DMP and had an overdrawn account and a loan with the same bank. The mortgage hasn't been affected at all.Our LBM: Dec 2011. DMP started: Jan 2012. Debt at LBM: £41,568
