Mar - cook the pasta, make a white sauce (with cream and white wine if you have it) and when it's cooked, stir through the salmon and a few herbs (got any dill?) then stir the sauce through the pasta. voila! Simples!

:rotfl: I thought it really was urgent.

Got any broccoli? That would be nice is salmon pasta bake too. :)
  • I made a nice salmon pasta dish with soya yoghurt, lemon juice, black pepper, add the flaked salmon, cook through and then stir into cooked pasta. Nomnomnom!!

You could make a white sauce, or use yoghurt, milk, cream, creme fraiche??

I usually add pesto to tinned salmon and pasta - it's delicious! It's also very good as a cold pasta salad this way if you have leftovers, in fact it's one of my favorties from when i was young! mmmmm yum.
