Hmm, I smell a rat with this one I'm afraid - the website is shoddy, most pages aren't there at all & for a company that reckons it has 10 years experience?!?!
Also, Golddigger found an address in Blackburn on the website, but when I looked it was in Huddersfield! Very weird...
I agree! I feel it's yet another ruse to get money out of people who've got debt problems, and it makes me mad

Dear Golddigger
Please email info@financialagreementsolutions.co.uk if you have any specific enquiries or queries and I will answer any questions you may have and hopefully put your doubts at rest.
Please appreciate that we can not watch the forum all the time and it is distracting for us to answer all queries in this way, and sometimes it adds to confusion. Forgive me, I am not knocking forums they are a good medium for us, listening to what real people have to say, and we are constantly trying our best to update the site in an informative way.
Our website is only a few days old and we have a long way to go before it gets to how we want it - it's trial and error at the moment. The thing we do know about though is regulated credit agreements so please contact me via our email - I am interested as to your views.

When I was asking what other people thought I was actually referring to the forum members and DFWs on this site.
Its all far too vague for me - if your company was cocher then you, in my opinion, would have waited until your website was absolutely airtight and ready to function, especially giving the impact that kind of information could have.
DFWs and MSEers:
The website, IMHO, is very amateur, doesn't install confidence, doesn't actually say what to do with the information that you could pay £30 for and I would advise people to steer clear of this at least until Martin has something to say on the matter. I know he's not God, but he's the nearest thing to a money deity we have !!!!!!!!LBM 22nd February 2007 - Amount in debt £72,242.23:confused: one month on  £63,900;) 2nd month 60,000.09

Here's the link to the actual report made on the local BBC news reports. Does anyone know if its possible for me to get copies of the neccessary documentation to use with the checker? I've been a little silly and seem to either have misplaced it or i'm not what exactly i'm looking for!

Im Certainly not saying that this is " NOT " a scam, but I have been looking at other websites such as the OFT and so forth, that have readily mentioned the fact that certain Aggreements Were "unenforceable" prior to April this year. One such case that is readily quoted is Wilson v First County Trust, which is a case where a women basically stopped paying First County Trust and when First County Trust took her to court she won because the credit was "unenforceable" and there for didnt have to pay back the sum at all. Im not legal expert and wish to look into this further lets keep this board updated with developments. I checked my loan agains the calculator and it said im paying nearly double to amout of APR that is shown on my agreement !!! I certainly want that put right if its true.Fluid Innovation Ltd0
