The customer service is shocking at this company. Have a look at their facebook page. Delivery takes ages and despite them saying its trackable it isn't at all, also some of the stuff is really badly made.

I can only say my experience - I have bought from them twice and both time have had no problems at all, they have delivered what I ordered, when they said it would be delivered. I have no complaints with their delivery at all, but they do tend to send you emails every day for ever!
