Letter from OR

Hi All,

Another ( hopefully ) quick question.

Before going bankrupt I was in an IVA that failed in Feb 2010 ( I was in this for 12 months ). I presented my certificate of IVA failure at the courts and had my OR interview a week later. I have recently received a letter from the OR requesting that I send them a copy of my original IVA "proposal" within the next 7 days!

Is this normal? Should I be worried? I have no idea where the original copy is.

It's normal, though I used to get them from the IVA company rather than the individual.
