bargain crazy returns

Hi guys!
Not sure if this is posted in the right place....feel free to move if not!
Just wondering if anyone had any experience returning stuff to Bargain Crazy.
I ordered loads with the luring 75% off, however, most of it is awful and now i understand why they were desperate to shift it for so cheap!!
On the reverse of delivery note in parcel it states that "you will be responsible for the cost of return carriage".
Not too impressed at that! plus, read the help section on their website ....and it says sale items not valid for returns! Panicing if thats the case!
Any help would be appreciated!

Yes, they have one of the best customer srevices I have come across. I have been using them for years.
If you call them, they send a courier free of charge on a date you agree to collect the items.0 -
They are very slow to return the money to your card, 3 phone calls and an email and although thay have promised it will be on very shortly, it's not good enough...I returned items on 4th feb!!!!!0

I find the returns process pretty disorganised. It puts me off ordering, unless there's something really good/cheap on the site.
The back of the delivery note does say you have to pay for returns, but the website says you can arrange for a collection
Last time I had to return some stuff I phoned the number. The CS rep seemed confused about 'bargain crazy' returns and mentioned something about them "not really doing returns, that's why the stuff is so cheap". I mentioned that the website states you CAN return things.
She put me on hold for a bit then told me that collection was arranged for "some time in the next few days" and to fill in the returns form. I mentioned that there was no returns form and she told me that one would be sent out (I assumed with the courier).
The courier didn't have the form but I was given a sticker with the tracking number on.
A few days later, a returns form arrived in the post.
The refund took a few weeks too.0 -
thanks for the replies.
havn't rung them yet - wondering if you have to be in for the next couple of days after ringing, or if you get told a day/time when courier arriving?

They couldn't give me an exact day. I asked if they could come on a friday and they said they'd try. They came on Thursday when no-one was in, then came again on Friday!
I have just got off the phone with them to arrange another collection and it went a lot more smoothly this time, arranged with no problems (stil no exact collection date though... "1-3 working days").0 -
They are the most disorganised company ever  The website says you can have a free collection but the dispatch note says you must pay! Obviously I was going for the free colleection so I called them. Well the woman I spoke to didn't even know what Bargain Crazy was so I gave up on her. I called back and finally got someone who knew about Bargain Crazy however I was told that you cant return anything - its in the terms & conditions bla bla bla. So gave up on her too. Called again and I was told they weren't supposed to accept returns as that was the whole point of Bargain Crazy. Anyway I put my foot down and asked for a collection. You guessed it, you will have to take it to the post office. Okay then but no returns form. They don't send them with the orders (obviously to put people off returning items) so I had to wait for one to arrive in the post. When it finally arrived I filled it out and a week later finally got a collection :rotfl:
Okay I have confused you! Just call them, ask for a returns form and to arrange a collection. Don't take no for an answer & you will be fine.:j :j0
