Chutney Question

Hello
I made some chutney last year and have noticed that it has shrunk in the jar, is it safe to eat if it has shrunk?
Other jars from the same batch didnt shrink and were fine ( I have eaten tham and am still alive!) but I am concerned about the ones that have shrunk. Any advice anyone?
Thanks :)

Given the amount of sugar & vinegar in HM chutney it will be fine, both are preservatives,, which in days past was he idea behind chutney, pickles etc

PS if any mould etc then bin it, but I doubt this is the case, more like this jar was first or last one and had less liquid when bottled
