Beware if you are buying 230g bars of Cadbury chocolate as they have been reduced in size to 200g.
They have the same number of pieces but smaller.
It's not that long ago that the bars were 250g each - can't say I've noticed any price reductions to compensate
I returned my 200g bars and bought them in a shop which still had the larger version.

I havent bought Cadburys is ages. The last bar I bought tasted awful, nothing like Cadburys of old.
Much prefer Lindt or Aldis own brand0 -
Cadburys lost it's appeal to me too after the Americans bought it, moved production abroad and anounced mass British redundancies.

As well as that prices have soared and sizes have shrunk, although that looks to be industry wide. Unless the missus buys it I don't bother.Bucket and Spade FC - Southend United - turning people to drink since 1906.0 -
My grandfather worked for Lindt so I was totally spoiled by great chocolate as a kid (and have 11 fillings to prove it !). Cadbury's tastes sort of muddy to me, Galaxy is better but way too sugary so I've gone back to my roots0

Yes it has but it has been a gradual change up until recently. I am 45 and have only really started to notice the difference in size over the last few years but my daughter is 11 and even she is noticing that things are smaller!! :eek:0 -

They keep saying they are not getting smaller, it's us who have gotten bigger. Not sure I believe it because when I was very young they seemed to cover my whole face. They don't do that with little ones now.0 -
