I have never had a problem with Play. I have been ordering stuff off them for years.

They have always been very helpful. If there was a problem.

Also they have some great bargins. PS2 DVD remote control was only £2.99 a month back.

So why don't you trust them?

    a) Because you received faulty goods from the supplier?
    b) Because they are sending you a replacement?

If its a good controller your after, take a look at this one at gameplay, although it does'nt look that nice, it is so much more comfortable to use. I picked one up just after christmas for £7.99, but its since gone up to £9.99. But well worth it.

Play an excellent, I have sent two things back over the years, and they paid for return postage one of the occasions it was hardware and they have a policy of only paying ex amount of postage which is usually the cost of dvd/cd. However, when I rang then after explaining this they then refunded teh costs in full.
