    Are you a graduate? What is your occupation? Do you have any other debts and do you have a good credit history?

    There are some lenders that could agree the mortgage amount you are looking for, but 100% mortgage have very tight lending criteria.

    Some lenders will base the mortgage on a split basis 90% secured on the property and the 10% as a loan over the same period. The loan will be payable at the same interest rate as the mortgage.
